Operational Assessment

A time-bound (8-12 weeks), high-value engagement that delivers data-driven transparency into the root causes of operational gaps, across business processes, tools and technology, operational data, and workforce. Scope can range from an end-to-end review of all critical processes to a focused look at enrollment, claims, or care management, or readiness for a scenario such as launching a new benefit plan. The result is a prioritized, quantified set of immediate, short-, medium-, and long-term action plans.

Technical Debt Assessment

A rapid, independent, and objective review of current technology investments, business and IT applications, infrastructure, tools, and critical data sources, across in-house custom, on-premise, and cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) deployments. Proje delivers an actionable remediation plan to consolidate, standardize, and improve supportability, maximizing return on investment while reducing operational support costs. Common sources of technical debt include:
